What palm oil purification equipment will be used in palm oil refinery plant?

There are three common palm oil purification equipment used in palm oil refinery plant: batch type purification equipment, semi-continuous purification equipment, full continuous purification equipment.
The basic work-flow of these three types of palm oil purification equipment are the same, mainly including the following four steps: degumming, deacidification, decolorization, deodorization. But the application scopes of these three types of equipment are different. It is generally recommended to choose the appropriate one used in palm oil refinery plant according to the actual situation.
1.Batch type purification equipment: the processing capacity of this type equipment is about 1-20 tons, which is suitable for small scale palm oil refinery plant. The palm oil purification process of it is to refine the oil batch by batch, by the investment of it is relative less.
